Graduated from Chulalongkorn University and experienced in IT service management, Joy has diverse knowledge in accounting, auditing, information system, and all aspects of office operations. After receiving an MBA in hospitality finance from USA, she joined Ativa, taking the lead role to managing the corporate office and overseeing accounting and human resources department operations.
She utilizes her solid knowledge of hospitality and tourism management concepts, including finance, revenue management, operational strategies, as well as hospitality business policy, risk and issues to expand projects' researches and provide suggestions to the team.
