Nick spent the first 10 years of his career with Hyatt hotels in Australia holding various managerial positions. He helped pre-open the world's first Palazzo Versace in Australia and then became Rooms Manager on Hayman Island, Great Barrier Reef. He joined Soneva Gili, a Six Senses Resort in the Maldives and later became Director of Operations to pre-open Per Aquum's flagship property, Huvafen Fushi, Maldives and upon opening, appointed the General Manager. He fulfilled a dual responsibility as Concept Developer for Per Aquum's resort plans in the Seychelles, involving three individual islands. Prior to joining Ativa Hospitality, Nick was the General Manager of Hôtel de la Paix, Siem Reap.
Nick's nearly 20 year experience, intrinsic operational knowledge of the hospitality industry, and his passion for deluxe boutique hotel branding and operations have earned him the responsibility of corporate Director of Operations.
