- Nong began working with Bed Management Company in 2006 serving as administrative assistant to the Chairman. Prior to joining Bed, Nong was a merchandiser for Wal-Mart Store Inc. in Thailand where she gained knowledge in both importing and exporting goods throughout Asia.
- A Thai national, Nong is fluent in English and Khmer. Her corporate administrative responsibilities include purchasing on behalf of hotels.
